Returns Policy


You can return any new and unused item to us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. All products come with a 6 month warranty against faulty parts or craftsmanship.

We will repair or replace the item at our discretion, and cover any reasonable costs incurred for return postage. However, in this case, please contact us prior to returning your product for authorisation.

We value your custom and your satisfaction, so if you have a problem or are not happy with your item, please call or email us.


Product must be returned in its original packaging and will be inspected on return. We reserve the right to refuse return if products are damaged or excessively worn. Include a brief written description of why you are returning the product and your address so that we can send a replacement back to you if necessary. If you require a refund, please state so. Refunds can take up to 5-7 days to appear in your account. Products must be returned to:

NOTE: It is your responsibility to provide proof of return. We do not accept liability for lost, damaged or undelivered items. We therefore recommend returning the goods through traceable means. Please allow a at least 7 days for your return to turnaround. Once we receive your item back into our warehouse, we will update the progress of your order and you will receive an email alert from us.
